UNDO Pro Refund Policy

UNDO Pro is a digital license sold for USD 5 as a one-time payment. If you believe a purchase was made in error, duplicated, not delivered, or the product materially does not work as described, contact seojnik@gmail.com with the purchase email and a short description of the issue.

Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider. A refunded or charged-back purchase may have its Pro license suspended or revoked.

Before requesting a refund for a missing key, check spam/junk and use the recovery form on the purchase page. Do not send card details or saved draft text to support.

Google is not the seller and does not process UNDO Pro payments. Payment processing is provided by lava.top.
